How is TMS right for you in Southfield?
Attention is the currency of a life well lived. Either you have your Attention, or something else does. Everything at Paradigm is built to help restore it and then aim it at the life you want.
The magnetic pulses are the same whatever brings you in. The intent changes. Some people come for insurance-covered care. Others come to work on Attention, or on Brain Fitness when life has been heavy for a long time. Your first visit is about figuring out which of those fits you.
Three pathways. One clinic. One physician.
Dr. Jagtap personalizes every plan himself, so you won't get a corporate protocol stack. The clinic runs three pathways.
Cash-pay, for people carrying long-term load: chronic health conditions, several medications at once, or lingering effects after illness, including long COVID. It's non-invasive and doesn't add another medication. Candidacy depends on evaluation.
Insurance TMS
FDA-cleared TMS protocols for treatment-resistant depression, anxious depression and OCD, structured for medical necessity.
Coverage depends on your plan and clinical criteria, and we review eligibility at intake.
Insurance TMSWho it's for
Adults with treatment-resistant depression, anxious depression or OCD who want to check insurance coverage for TMS.
People whose Attention keeps slipping at work, in learning or in therapy, and who want to explore a physician-led option that isn't a medication.
People managing chronic illness or several medications who would rather not add another one.
Therapists who want TMS alongside the work their clients are already doing. See Therapy Support.
Not sure where you fit? Try the Attention gauge. It's educational and doesn't diagnose anything. Or just call us.
What a session is like
You stay awake, and most people describe a light tapping. Some people have mild scalp sensitivity or a headache after the early sessions. You can drive yourself home. Some protocols are as short as 11 minutes. Insurance courses follow a structured multi-week schedule, and the cash-pay programs are planned around your goals. More in the frequently asked questions.

TMS is FDA-cleared for major depressive disorder, including treatment-resistant and anxious depression, and for OCD. Using TMS for Attention or Brain Fitness is off-label. Results vary from person to person, and a clinical evaluation decides whether TMS is appropriate for you. This page is educational and is not medical advice.
