Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation is a non-invasive form of brain stimulation that has been researched extensively since the 1980s.

The Food & Drug Administration (FDA) has approved Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) for Major Depressive Disorder (2008), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (2018), Smoking Cessation (2020), and Anxious Depression (2021). Because TMS is helpful for nearly every DSM condition, it is frequently used off-label.

Because the brain is Neuroplastic, this neuronal stimulation begins the process of re-wiring (Neuroplasticity).
